Upon arrival performed diagnostic, found compressor to not be kicking on for cooling mode. Found secondary control to be out of range. Replaced and got system gojng. Temp splits in range. Client needs to move fencing around condenser so we can do a tune up. Filter is extremely dirty and needs t0 be replaced. Client signed up for maintenance program. System is operational upon departure.
