Performed AC maintenance on a Lennox condenser. Upon arrival customer reports poor airflow to a single room. This room is a home office with equipment, 1 small register. Did full duct inspection using 3 separate attic accesses. Ended up adjusting airflow to that zone in the s30 thermostat and also adjusting a register to push more air. Filter is dirty but customer is going to purchase his own. Outdoor unit was deep cleaned and given a tuneup. All data was recorded. Customer signed up for monthly maintenance to keep system working at a standard. Unit was working at end of appointment.
