Performed furnace maintenance on 2011 Carrier furnace. Upon arrival Anita stated that System Has been working fine and any findings can be emailed over to her husband. Also informed client that she is up for renewal on maintenance plan. System inspection checked out properly. Temperature rise was within range. Amperages for indoor blower and inducer motor were in range. Circuitboard did have burn marks in the middle of board, Recommend surge protection is installed to prevent any damages from power outages thunderstorms etc. Flame sensor was heavily oxidized as well and can prevent System from igniting. Drain lines are clear. Filter needs to be swapped everyone to three months.
