Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on 3 unit. 8 year old good man unit and 2 mini splits. Client stated no issues. Washed condenser coil inside and out on all 3 units. Cleaned and washed and wiped down nothin inside and out side unit. Both unit were cooling at 20 degrees. Found no protection for no protection on either unit. Main home condenser checked electrical compartment and components. Found primary starter to be getting worn out as contact point are burning up from use and age. Secondary motor control is weak and really low and out of range. Fan motor is okay. Checked pressure and are good and holding and cooling home at 20 degrees. No protection on unit. Indoor unit filter was replaced recently by client. Blower we okay and motor is good. Drain lines are clear at this time and draining. All safety switches are operational. Unit is cooling at 20 degrees. No protection on indoor unit. Client signed up for a maintenance plan for 2 unit. She wanted to use today as her first v
