Performed AC maintenance on two systems 11 year old condensing units. Upon I mean is I came across a few points or concerns that should be addressed. Upstairs Aireflo 4 ton- 1. Found that system is low on R22 refrigerant charge 2. Found the compressor was pulling high amps on start up and run time. 3. Disconnect contains no fuses or surge protection 4. Contactor buzzing due to low voltage coil the becoming weak. 5. System contains R22 refrigerant which is no longer manufactured as of January 1, 2020. Downstairs 5 ton- 1. Found that battery Is leaking oil from seal, This can cause the captain become weak or fail in the future. 2. System contains R22 refrigerant which is no longer manufactured as of January 1, 2020
