Performed AC maintenance on 2.5ton comfort maker condensing unit and Diagnostic for 2.5 ton comfort maker. During my diagnostic and come to find out that the secondary motor control had one out on the hermetic side and fan side terminals. Major compressor and fan amperage is all were below may have been caused by power outage or micro surge Upstairs system- 1. Found that battery caps Hermetic and fan side terminals were out and no longer working. 2. Found that system slightly low on R22 refrigerant. 3. R22 refrigerant is no longer manufactured as of January 1, 2020 4. Found oil leaking from condenser fan motor 5. Disconnect did not contain any fuses or surge protection Downstairs- 1. Found that battery Is becoming weak on hermetic side 2. Contactor also showing signs of pitting on contact point 3. Disconnect and not contain any fuses or surge protection 4. System contains R22 refrigerant as well
