Upon arrival performed maintenance on 2 ac systems. Opened up system and washed out condenser coils with coil solution. Checked amperages through system. Found condenser fan motors to be leaking excessive amounts of oil with play on shaft. Replaced fan motors with Oem parts. Found primary distributor to be pitted and burned at contacts, replaced with heavy duty primary. Added 2 hardstart kits to keep amperages low on compressor, prolong life and easy start ups. Refrigerant levels good. Replaced 2 20x20x1 filters. Indoor motors are good. Duct work is good. Retaped outdoor refrigerant lines with UV tape. System was reset tested and fully functional upon departure.
