Upon arrival performed maintenance on ac system. Found motor to be stopping mid operation and starts right up. Fan relay on circuit board starting to give out. Static pressures throughout full system is .92, system max is .5. Indoor blower wheel having so,e dust build up. Refrigerant levels I’m very good condition. Temp splits good. Secondary motor control good. Washed outdoor coils. System was reset tested and fully functional upon departure.
