Arrived on site to diagnose a no cooling 2009 system. Condenser located in back yard. Furnace and evaporator coil located in attic. Client stated system was fine but a month ago system stopped cooling. Had another company come out and they replaced a secondary motor control and left but client was still facing issues as system was icing up and still kept doing soo after other company. Advised client I would evaluate full system both indoor and out door. The summary of finding are as followed. Condenser 1. 2009 system 2. System and condenser coil really dirty as people from client had never really maintained system. 3. Primary had some dark tone discoloration. 4. Secondary motor control is good as it was recently replaced. 5. Fan motor has been leaking lots of oil as motor has good layer of oil from. Wing over worked. Fan run amp drawls is pulling above max range and cause of it leaking oil. 6. Compressor start amp drawls are high from Self wear. Run amp drawls are pulling 10 amp sys
