Arrived to find system not cooling properly. Upon inspection of the system found low charge. The system was charged in September without leak dye. The system has a leak and must be repaired before the cooling will work again. The evaporator coil is an all style coil and likely the cause, unable to determine without using nitrogen or leak dye. Tested electrical for the system and inspected fan motor. Controls look good but the fan motor is on its way out and should be replaced if the condensing system is going to stay in use. Washed condenser coil / left replacement filter. Measured refrigerant pressures and temperature splits.
