Upon arrivals on air conditioning system. Found outdoor motor to be leaking excessive oil and play on shaft, client requested to replace . Advised client disconnect is stuck, tried to fix it, ended up replacing with new one. Hardstart kit and secondary motor control in range. Primary start is in good condition. Programmed high efficiency motor. Cleaned outdoor coils. Replaced filter. System is operational upon departure - bad outdoor motor - replaced filter - hardstart in working order - secondary good
