Tech arrived on site, condenser were extremely dirty. Cleaned out both condensers. Electrical panels are super dirty. Cleaned them out as well. Found the downstairs condenser cap to be reading low. Most likely will fail this summer during the heat wave. Refrigerant charge is low and not cooling by 20. Both compressors on start up are high.
