Performed AC maintenance on an Arcoaire Condenser. Systems cooling temperature split is 21 degrees. Upon arrival the condensate was clogged right at the P trap and was able to be easily cleared. Filter was changed. Outdoor coils were chemically cleaned. Fan motor is heavily leaking oil, it is also over amping. The starter has burn marks on the high voltage side and is heavily pitted. The battery cap is out of range on the compressor terminals which is decreasing the life of the compressor. Refrigerant levels look ok. System was cycled before leaving.
