Performed service on a 22 year old comfort maker system. Customer reports system blowing warm air. Customer reports past company’s said system was low. The outdoor system was not operational on call for cool. I found the breaker to be tripped. I verified the system to be ok on charge. The start amps are way above amps at 160. Run amps are very high as well. Indoor system was reported to have capacitor a replaced. It was replaced but with an incorrect size. The original capacitor was also found to be ok. Customer was briefed on the poor condition of the system. A maintenance program was setup today. Outdoor unit was washed.
