Arrived on site and performed AC maintenance on four-year-old system. Inspected indoor unit in attic did see signs of water leakage inspected condensate line for proper flow and make sure it was clear of debris and did not have any cracks system does have drain pan and float switch. Determined water was not from HVAC unit. Customer is aware. Inspected electrical components and tightened. Changed filter. Cleaned outdoor condenser coils and remove debris from bottom of unit. Tested capacitor it is within range. Inspected contactor and measures amp on fan. System is cooling in operational upon departure.
