Performed fau maintenance on 2 2006 Systems. Cycled furnaces for heat. Verified proper heating sequence of operations. Temperature rise across heat exchangers are within range. Blower wheel amp draws are within range, although blower wheel for kitchen side unit is on higher end of allowed range and is starting to leak oil. Highly recommend replacing blower motor. Blower wheel for bedroom unit is extremely dirty. Tested and verified safety components. Neither unit is equipped with condensation safety switches on drain lines. Highly recommend adding switches to secondary drain lines. Shut off valves working accordingly. Went over findings and recommendations with homeowners as well as pricing and pictures. Do not want to take care of any work at this time. Replaced all 3 filters. Cycled systems. Systems are fully operational upon departure.
