Upon inspection looking at ducts and zoning system is performing the way it was designed. Running 2 zones at one time will cut CFMs from one zone due to having to supply whole home. Zone signal box fell of damper holder, reconnected damper signal.System is good, air is coming out at 49.5 degrees. Air flow throughout home is good.
