Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on 2 (2004). Condenser located in back yard. Furnace and evaporator coil located in attic. Client stated no issues. She cycled in cooling mode on both units. Went and inspected both indoor and out door units. Checked all electrical components and connections. Checked evaporator coils. Temperature splits. Washed out both unit’s inside and out. Checked temp splits. The summary of finds are as followed. Down stairs Condenser 1. Condenser coils is corroded and Deteriorating. 2. Thermostat wires is exposing wires and could bea big risk of a shortage. 3. Primary control is burnt. 4. Secondary control is bad and out of range. 5. Fan motor is leaking oil from over working. 6. Compressor amp drawls while running is almost to max. 7. R-22 refrigerant Furnace 1. Filters was dirty. 2. Blower assembly is dirty creating stress on motor. 3. Blower motor is leaking oil. 4. Blower is having high start up amps. 5. Secondary control for blower motor is
