Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on 2 2005 Lennox system condenser located in back yard. Furnace and evaporator coil located in attic. Client stated no issues but want to see how system is doing. She wanted me to also check all supply vents are open and they are. Washed out door units. Checked electrical wiring and components. Check fan blades, bearings, and motor. Checked amp drawls on compressor and fan motor. Checked refrigerant pressure. Cycled system to ensure system is operational. Inspected attic, ducting, and indoor units. Replaced all filter. Checked electrical wiring, connections, circuit board, and components. Checked blower assembly, wheels and motors. Checked amp drawls on blower motor. Checked evaporators. Checked drain lines. Checked temperature splits. Cycled system to ensure systems operating. The summary of finds are as followed.
