Arrived on site to perform Ac Maintenance on 2 13 year old systems. Systems are original to the home. Cycled both systems for cooling. Checked indoor and outdoor units electrical and system Components. Systems are both producing good temperature splits, refrigerant levels are in range. Replaced all 3 1 inch filters. Performed full evaluation of system, findings are as follows: 1. Indoor unit has no condensation safety switches on drain lines. Also has no secondary drain line coming directly from the coil, only from the drain pan. 2. Secondary motor controls on both condensers are out of range for compressor. 3. Primary motor controls on both units are burnt and pitted at the contact points. 4. Compressors are starting up fairly hard and loud on initial start up. 5. Rubitex on downstairs unit was completely off the line. Went ahead and put it back on with zip ties and UV tape. 6. Systems are on older side and are inefficient. 7. Systems are operating on r-22 refrigerant, which has be
