Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on 2 2007 aire-flo system. Condensers located in back yard. Furnace and evaporator coil located in attic. Client stated no issues just wanted to see how system are running and there condition since he did have some issues in past with furnace and had some repairs done few years back. Had client cycle both in cooling mode. Both systems were operational. Washed out condenser coil inside and out on both systems. Fan blades, bearings, and motor. Both motors have been leaking oil down shaft in past from working hard in previous years. Checked electrical compartment and components. Found both primary controls have dark tone discoloration and burnt marks from self wear of system operating. Recommend replacing primary to prevent system staying on once pitting arch and get stuck and system will not shut off. Secondary motor control on both systems are good. Down stair systems has a booster kit that’s existing but may. It be operational as compressor
