NO COOL. Found system non operational upon arrival. Customer says unit runs but doesn’t really cool. Checked system and found unit outside not running. Checked for power and found 240 at disconnect and at contactor. Checked compressor and found it seized at this time. Offered customer options. Customer wants replacement options. Appointment set from 2-4 today. Unit not operational upon departure.
