Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on 2 2006 system. Condenser located in back yard. Furnace and evaporator coil located in attic. Client stated no issues as she recently moved in and previous owners provided maintenance plan. Had client cycled cooling mode on both. Washed both condenser inside and out. Units really dirty advised to client to no let’s dog go and pee on condenser as they could cause issues or create a leak cause of them peeing on condenser. Fan motors ton are leaking oil from over working. Motor is leaking oil down shaft of motors. Checked electrical compartment and components. Found primary starter for upstairs was really burnt up over years of wear, downstairs had dark tone discoloration. Found both secondary motor controls all rusted up and starting to corroded. Recommend replacing as spades are rusting up as well and once fully rusted up components will not make contact and will not operate out door units. Upstairs unit just below range as it’s a little
