Performed AC diagnostic on 2004 Goodman condensing unit. Upon my diagnostic I came across a few points and concerns that were addressed with the homeowner. Goodman unit- 1. Secondary motor control was blown due to high amperage pull of compressor. 2. Found that system refrigerant levels were under charged due to leak in refrigeration cycle. 3. Compressor amperage exceeding max data plate amps. 4. System contains R22 refrigerant which was phased out January 1, 2020. 5. Indoor blower motor leaking oil in causing higher energy consumption and overheating windings. 6. High voltage relay contained burn marks and pitting on contact points. 7. Evaporator coil did not have secondary float switch to prevent flooding in drain pan 9. Static pressure was exceeding .15 due to restricted airflow across system Mr. Whitefield has reviewed his options and has consider replacing system install will take place soon
