Arrived on site to perform furnace maintenance on 2 10 year old Bryant furnaces. Cycled systems for heat. Verified proper heating sequence of operations. Tested all heating components and safety equipment. Furnaces do not have sediment traps on gas valves. Cleaned and wiped off furnace exterior as well as blower assemblies and heating compartment. Cleaned flame sensors. Replaced 1 inch filters. Ran systems through 20 point inspection. Indoor blower wheels are both dirty. Secondary motor control for both indoor motors are out of range, and both indoor motors are running hot and have lost a significant amount of oil. Evaporator coils are also both dirty, causing a slight restriction in airflow and causing motors to work harder as well. Pulled off evaporator coil covers to inspect heat exchangers. Heat exchanger chambers do have some hot spots throughout. Went over findings and recommendations with homeowner. Did explain condition of the units, as well as all recommendations. Went over fi
