Upon arrival performed maintenance on furnace system. Cycled system on and off for heating, went through operations of heat make sure everything was working properly. Found secondary motor control to begin going out of range. Indoor motor is leaking oil with a dirty blower wheel, dirty blower wheel can cause to put weight and make motor work harder then normal. Inducer draft motor is over amping, working harder then what it is specified for. Circuit board and electrical connections good. Evap coil clean. Heat exchanger has a lot of heat marks and weak points, did saftey check to make sure system is not damaged. Did not identify any cracks. Temp rise in range. Return ducting is very undersized. Supply ducting is good. Recommend adding another return ducting to help bring more airflow into system. Client could not go over options due to being at a meeting. Sent over information.
