Arrived on site to perform fall tune on a 2019 Lennox system. System located in attic. client stated no issues. Cycled thermostat and was good. Found some black flex and some new flex ducting. filter was dirty recommended replacing filtration. As it is over due replacement. and should be doing so every 1-2 years. Blower assembly is good. Motor is good. Amp drawls are good. Inducer motor is good and amp draws are in range. Exchanger is good. Evaporator oil was good. Drain lines was good. All safety switches are operational and good. Temperature rise is good and on range and heating home good. Found on protection on either unit would recommend adding surge protectors on system to prevent and protect system from getting damaged from electrical surges and power outages that can damage or even short out system and components. Cycled system to ensure system operating. Went over all findings And recommendations with and would like to sign up on maintenance plan and replace U.v replacement kit
