Performed AC maintenance on aireflo system. Homeowners moved in about 2 years ago, have not had a maintenance done to it. Did have home warranty come out in the summer to do some repairs after it had stopped working. Cycled system for cooling. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. Pulled condenser fan motor and thoroughly washed out condenser coil inside and out. Performed attic and duct inspection. Ran system through maintenance checklist. Concerns with unit are as follows: 1. Condenser fan motor is over amping and working above rated limit capacity 2. Compressor is pulling in high amps and very close to going above rated limit. Homeowner was under the impression that home warranty had replaced the compressor but seems like they just added a compressor booster. 3. No return or supply plenums on furnace which is causing excess pressure build up in unit. 4. No condensation safety switches on drain lines. 5. System is operating on r-22 refrigerant which has been phased
