Arrived on site to perform spring tune on a 2009 Goodman unit. Client stated no issues and is good and operational. She stated she replaced filter this last month so is good. Cycled cooling and operational. Washed condenser coil inside and out. Advised due to bushes growing into unit they should be getting unit trimmed up so it’s not blocking or growing into condenser. She is aware and will stay on it. Checked electrical compartment. Primary stater and secondary motor control are both good. Fan motor is good at this time. Checked start up and run amps on compressor. Start up is good as compressor booster kit has been added to in past. Run amps are in range. Checked pressure and found unit to hold R-22. Advised client the refrigerant used is no longer in production. Checked pressure and unit is hold a good charge and cooling home. Surge protectors have been added in past and both are good.
