I was expecting to hear that I needed a whole new unit because it was 24 years old. But the problem with our unit was self inflicted. We didn’t change our filter enough and it triggered a turnoff on our unit. Less than $100.00 and our house is nice and cool again. Thanks Cool Breeze!
