Jimmy came out late afternoon on an emergency after the entire neighborhood lost power. My AC units didn’t come back up. He identified the problem, offered to go search for the necessary parts, given their suppliers were closed by then and came back late evening to finish the job. Always friendly, polite but most of all considerate and knew it would be miserable to spend overnight without AC so he did his best, even after a long day. Their great quality work is constantly on display when they come out. I appreciate a reliable company and Coomes is my #1 choice.
