Explained everything very well, and gave me several options. Very courteous, and finished the job very quickly. As with everything else, the prices seem high, but I really don't have anything to compare it with. I am confident that the work needed to be done, and that it was done correctly, and my main concern is having air conditioning when I need it. I was able to get next day service, so I was really impressed with that. Great experience.
