Gabe came out this morning for my semi-annual service to my HVAC and he called before he came to let us know he was on his way, he arrived on time, and while here he kept us informed of each part of the system exam. When he found a problem with the breaker switch, he demonstrated how it was not working and offered us the option of Coombes replacing the part or calling an electrician. My husband is an electrical engineer and familiar with replacing the part safely. While Gabe was here, he was respectful of our home and very courteous. Every person we have had contact with at Coombes has given us the great service that seems rare these days. Highly recommend Coombes and will buy our upstairs unit from them when needed.
