Arrived onsite customer has been getting hot water at each cold side on most of the fixtures. Discovered that I had accidentally set the recirculation pump to on instead of timer. Once I set the pump to timer and ran the hot water out of the cold side every operated normally. Tested each fixture the hot water side was around 120 degrees at each fixture, the cold water side was 55-60 degrees at each fixture. Zero charge for today’s visit.
