Mail invoice Arrived onsite to perform a leak search on some radiant piping under the flooring near or in an office space. Last trip I had repaired a manifold, and attempted to locate the valving for that section of radiant piping that controls the Office, was unable to locate a valve on that date. Left the mini feeder on the boiler system at 18 inches of water, when I arrived today there was a significant amount of water in the office space and the mini feeder had gone down to 15 inches of water, meaning that there is a active leak on the boiler system. Today, I began a demolition leak search by chipping away the jipcrete near the inside walls as that showed the most signs of water leaks. Discovered that in the corner of the office there was small puddles of water but didn’t locate any radiant piping in the demolition performed today. Which leads me to believe it is coming from the radiant piping either in the hallway or the kitchen/ living room space. Located the valve to what I
