Customer had sewer line backup from septic to home and coming out of two clean outs on outside of building. Used hydro jetter numerous times to try to free obstruction. Large amounts of soft debris came out of cleanout during the process. Could only get line to partially drain. Equipment became stuck in line twice but eventually freed. Inlet baffle on septic is under Boulder retaining wall that is approximately 6 ft high. Cannot gain access to it with out removal. The way the equipment behaved and sticking twice, the line may be broken. Cannot tell with line full of water. Excavation will need to be done to access inlet and repair Maled area for location of utilities.
