Upon arrival standing water in both bathrooms Drain diagnostic opened outside inline cleanout port (waived diagnostic charge) Found line was full indicating that plug adapters is downstream between cleanout and city sewer Multiple attempts with power snake spade head unable to clear Root cutting head unable to clear Root cutting head taped to make a large paddle unable to clear Ran camera snake down drain plug feels to be between 20-25 ft down line Resistance indicates soft blockage that cable would go through without clearing Strongly recommend hydro jetting attempt to clear soft blockage No problem drain cleaning attempt to clear blockage only No warranty on any existing plumbing
