Install new 1†DCVA for irrigation. Includes test 5/11/22 Accessed 1 inch black poly water line where customer excavated. Turned water off at meter. Installed tee and water supply to back flow area. Provided and installed new 1 inch DCVA for irrigation. Tested backflow. Passed test. Will forward test results to local water purveyor. Customer will install meter box and backfill excavation
