Customers furnace was not working Provided pricing to run a diagnostic on the furnace to figure out the issue. Use meters to test components, etc. will provide further pricing for repairs. Furnace was blowing cold air. Determined that the thermostat was not sending voltage to the common and W terminals inside of the furnace, Jumpered the R and W wires at the thermostat which gives the furnace a call for heat. With jumper furnace is working properly. Provided pricing to replace thermostat. Customer approved so I performed the work. After replacing the thermostat the furnace was working as it should.
