Completed KCM annual club safety and maintenance inspection. Inspected all visible plumbing in the home, tested all toilets, tested all emergency stops, tested all faucets, tightened all under sink drain piping, tested shower, inspected crawl space piping, drained and flushed hot water heater, and tested water quality. The homes plumbing is working as designed with no visible imperfections. The homes hot water heater is a Bradford White 50 Gallon Electric, and is 7 years old. The water heater is working as designed. Water quality report: Hardness- 2 (good) PH- 8 (good) Iron- 0 (good) Pressure 50psi (good) The customer has three bathrooms. All three of the toilets were having issues. Provided pricing to make necessary repairs, the customer accepted the pricing. Replaced the fill valve for the downstairs hallway bathroom while on site, it was making a loud whine when filling. The upstairs bathroom toilet is a Toto brand and parts have been ordered to make the needed repairs
