Customer flush valve was allowing water to floes freely into the bowl. The gasket had been damaged and after removing the valve I found a crack in the seat. Removed old flush valve and installed a new aqua piston. Tested flush valve and checked for leaks. Customer also has a bathtub handle that needed to be tightened down. Tightened handle but it can’t tighten all the way as the plastic is damaged. Spoke with customer about being careful with the handle as it might slip off again. She will want this repaired at a later date. Thank you for choosing CPI!
