Arrived on site to perform work as proposed. Shut off water to the building in the boiler room on the 2nd floor. Isolated water heaters and recirculation pumps, powered them off. Drained building via hose bibbs. Cut access, unthreaded previous hose bibb, installed a piece of plywood to cover the existing hole around the previous bibb. Threaded new bibb, opened water to building. Purged air in the 2nd and 3rd floor guest bathrooms. Opened valves to the water heaters and recirculation pumps. Verified no air in hot water lines. Tested new bibb, no leaks. 49 psi. Caulked plywood with white silicone. Cleaned work area. Thank you for choosing CPI!
