Day 1: Customer called about two leaks in the boiler room. Both leaks occurred on one of the recirculation lines. Provided pricing to perform repairs as necessary and drain the hot water system. Customer accepted. Cut out the leaking sections, soldered new copper and fittings as required. While making repairs we noticed the 2†PRV started to drip. After repairs had been made, we opened the water lines and purged all the air. No leaks on repairs. Explained findings to Kevin and provided pricing to replace the PRV and necessary fittings. Kevin agreed to the estimate but asked that we keep it on the same invoice as todays work. We will reach out once parts have been delivered. Kevin is aware that we will need to have the water shut off to the building for potentially 4-5 hours. Day 2: Arrived on site to perform work as proposed. Met with Teresa, she stated that she was unaware of the repairs we were supposed to be making today. Went to the boiler room and explained the scope of the work
