Arrived at customers home due to a garbage disposal not working. Customer had advised me she wanted to get the parts for the garbage disposal or she wanted it to be replaced with the one she recently purchased. Advise customer we don’t replace parts from the garbage disposer but I can replace the garbage disposal with the one she had previously purchased. Presented customer with pricing for the customer supplied garbage disposer and she declined. I offered customer a Membership which she excepted. I performed the Plumbing maintenance and safety inspection today. I started off by getting the temperature of the water in the kitchen which was 120°. I also perform Load test in the kitchen and bath sinks. I flushed And drained the water heater flushing it about four or five times.
