Arrived onsite to customer having issue with backing up in hole house. Offered to check septic tank lids. Customer approved pricing. Septic tank appeared to be full but noticed no water leaving tank into pump chamber. Gave customer option to clear obstruction from pump chamber to secondary inlet baffle. Customer accepted pricing. We waived tank lid inspection and began with 300 machine drain cleaning. Found obstruction around 5 feet. Located secondary tank out.eat baffle and cleaned filter screen while onsite. Customer is aware they need to have septic tank pumped. If problem with mainline blockage is still occurring after septic tank has been pumped, we will make another trip to clear the building drain line
