Arrived onsite customer presented two main issues to me. First issue was he wasn’t sure when the last time his furnace was serviced or inspected, the second issue was he discovered some holes in his duct work. I presented the option of a bronze membership with the customer which would get his furnace inspected and the ductwork inspected as well. Customer approved this. Furnace is 27 years old so I presented a couple options for replacement one is a direct replacement second is a 95% efficient furnace. Third option is a 80% furnace with a heat pump. After inspecting the ductwork I discovered 6 holes in total, lots of duct work that wasn’t in too great of condition, and some duct work that had restricted air flow.
