I removed the failed fill valve from the toilet tank. I provided and installed a new Fluidmaster fill valve and supply line. After the repair was made I dye tested the tank. Due to the bleach block the rubber components have failed causing water to leak into the bowl. I looked for replacement parts for the tank but was unsuccessful. I was on hold with American Standard for 45 minutes and was unable to make contact with tech support. I provided options to replace the toilet and the work was declined at this time. * No warranty on existing plumbing system.
