Confirmed with customer that one downspout drain was not draining. Removed dirt and roots by hand before using hydro jet through downspout drain. Was unable to get completely through drain line. Used hydro jet from drain on the road back towards downspout drain at house. Ran water for 15 minutes without any water backing up verifying line is now open and draining.
