Customer had clogged toilet for a week or so. This is the only bathroom in the house. Tested all drains with no other backups besides the toilet. Drain piping appears to be abs plastic. Augered toilet multiple times pulling back sanitary wipes. Was able to get full length of cable through trapway after numerous attempts. Tested with a full roll of toilet paper with no backup. Toilet appears to be an older Mansfield that doe not have a great flush. Suggested no more wipes and to only use toilet paper. Toilet should be changed out for better flushing fixture. Suggest not putting drain cleaner down toilet because it is not very effective and can damage fixtures and piping. No warranty on drain cleaning.
