Checked customer complaint about a clogged main line. The customers main to the septic was clogged but cleared itself and he wanted a camera inspection. The customer also needed the under sink waste pipes under his kitchen sink replaced. Presented customer pricing to replace the under sink waste pipes and perform a camera inspection. After pricing was approved I laid down a rug to protect he customer’s floor from damage. I removed the existing under sink waste and basket strainers and installed the new ones. Performed leak test on the new under sink waste pipes. The drain performed as designed and there were no leaks when last checked. Performed camera inspection. When I performed the camera inspection from the outside clean out to the inside of the home I discovered standing water in the first ten feet. I went into the crawl space and discovered the line was not properly secure 10 feet before exiting the foundation. I readjusted the anchors and restored the pipe to the proper grade. T
